My thyroid harmone levels were marginally on the higher side which prompted me to do yoga religiously. Also I had austhmatic allergy. After I started doing yoga regularly improvement could be seen. I managed to overcome both problems completely without taking any medicine.
I joined the program 18 months ago. I had acute heel pain and spondilitis complaints when I joined the program. I was also taking meds for hypercholosterolemia at the time. Now my spondilitis complaints have subsided and i have been taken off the cholosterol medications by my doctor following improvements in my blood results. I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

My sister and I have been attending the children yoga class for the past 7 yrs. I practice yoga every morning before going to school even if it is only for ten minutes. This helps me throughout the day, Yoga has helped to reduce my allergy problems. If I don't do yoga for a day, then I feel something is lacking
My children Gayatri and Jayita have been attending yoga classes for the past 7 years. Both my children used to suffer from allergy problems.. Yoga has been a constant source of stress relief throughout my life. Ever since I was nine, I've been learning yoga from Indu aunty. She has taught me a lot about developing stamina, stress reduction and maintaining a healthy lifestyle over the year with her ever friendly, non judgmental attitude . I recently attended her yoga module for teens where we were taught memory retention, concentration and creativity improvement techniques. The teens yoga module was a very beneficial and fun experience for me. Yoga shows a new way to live life......the right way to live life. In the short 2 week course, I could see drastic results. My energy increased and I became more physically and mentally fit.

I participated in the second international day of yoga, on 21st June, 2016, as part of the yoga family. We did a 15 minutes presentation on chair yoga. It was very meaningful and useful in context to the lifestyle we are leading today. We learnt, how we can do yoga asanas while sitting on the chair, and I can tell you from my experience that it is very effective. I am a singer and I perform on stage regularly. I attended the voice culture yoga module. I could see the difference on stage within three weeks. At the end of the module, I went to Dr. Santhosh kumar. According to him, my throat is almost clear now. There is no swelling and nodule is reduced. Thanks Indu. I am very happy now. I have never seen such a energetic yoga teacher who inspired me a lot , as a beginner I learned a lot and also became very active. Thanks to Indu who was teaching all the mudras and explained its practical benefits which transformed my life .

I am suffering from lower back slip disc,the lower back bone was bent and was bulging out on my nerve,which made my back pain severe.I consulted the neorosurgeon and he told that I have to leave with this pain for my entire life.Being a Dr,he didn't even bothered to give me some positive energy.Finally I decided to join Indu's yoga classes as it was difficult for me to bear the pain specially while coughing and turning on the bed.Initially few simple asanas were also difficult for me but thanks to Indu,who modified all the Asanas according to my capability.And soon I started the daily practice of yoga ,with Indu's positive motivation.I was more energetic and started doing my house chores normally, 4 months later of joining yoga,I did MRI and I was surprised to know that the bone which was bulging out on the back nerve was no more bulging out though the bone was bent but I am sure if I continue with yoga the bent bone too will become normal one day ,this is the positivity which I got from Indu. Thanks once again Indu. Hoping to do surya namashkar soon?
This is my experience with the weight reduction programme module conducted by Indu ma'am recently .My weight has always been a problem for me.Whatever I do my weight remains the same.But two weeks into the programme I noticed how my body was changing,I felt light and very happy.By end of the programme I managed to loose 2.5kg. My blood sugar level also got lowered.I want to thank Indu for her effort,her constant advice in helping me get my confidence level back.Thank you so much indu.
Indu Mam, Thank you for the great experience of yoga from the roots. It liberated me in a way that I could gain back my willpower to get back to my work and pull myself inspite of all the responsibilities. Good day... I was a comparatively new resident to Abu Dhabi having moved here after marriage .. I came across Indu ma’am’s class in ask abudhabi, later a close friend of mine also suggested her name as someone who does yoga therapy and will be helpful for my chronic pcod.. I decided to give a try but did not know what to expect from the class as I had and was trying a lot of remedies for pcod and none was seeming to work out. But from the first class itself the positive energy that Indu maam gave confidence to me to go through the recommended three months course .. I was feeling the changes in me from first month itself as the exercises taught to me were tailored for my body and condition.. Though I was physically an active person I was discovering my body had so much capabilities. The personal attention she gave to each of us in class compelled me to practise religiously at home as well. At the end of the three month course I came to know that I was pregnant without the influence of any external medicines. Me and my family is so happy that I chose to take up the yoga therapy sessions and go through with it for the recommended three months. I would like to thank Indu maam from the bottom of my heart for having supported me mentally and directing me in yoga. I have been learning and practicing yoga for more than a decade. When I moved to Abu Dhabi , Indu mam's unique teaching style helped me appreciate the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Her motivation and strong belief in the healing aspect of yoga inspired me to become a certified yoga instructor. I am forever grateful to Indu mam for guiding me in this yoga journey.
I was suffering from arthritic knee problems for the past 1 year. Even climbing stairs had become an ordeal for me. However yoga classes with Indu for the past 6 months have done wonders for my knees. The problem has all but disappeared . Not only that- the way Indu explains the biological benefits of each yoga posture , inspires me to practice everyday for benefitting my own body.
I was suffering from lower back slip disc since December 2017. My friends suggested me to join Indu Maam’s therapy classes. She taught me modified asanas according to my back problem. Her positivity and motivation helped me to overcome my back problem and now I am able to do almost all asanas including normal sun salutations and forward bending. Regular practice increased my energy level and flexibility.
